Role Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Sky High ERP, your primary objective is to generate interest and book qualified discovery calls with prospective clients. You will execute a multi-channel outbound strategy that leverages email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to identify and engage potential customers.
This role is ideal for a self-motivated and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in business-to-business (B2B) sales development. You’ll play a key role in driving top-of-funnel growth, working closely with the growth team to refine and optimize outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Build targeted lists of potential leads using various tools and resources. Conduct research to identify key decision-makers and tailor outreach strategies accordingly
- Outbound Outreach: Execute outreach cadences, including email campaigns, LinkedIn messages, and cold calls, to engage prospects and generate interest
- Discovery Call Scheduling: Book qualified discovery calls with prospective clients by effectively communicating the value of Sky High ERP’s services
- Performance Optimization: Analyze outreach results, propose and test new messaging and tactics, and continuously refine strategies to maximize booked calls and conversions
- Collaboration: Work closely with the growth team and leadership to align on goals, messaging, and strategies. Provide feedback from the field to improve targeting and outreach
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SDR or in a similar role, with demonstrable success in email, LinkedIn, and cold calling outreach
- Proven track record in B2B sales development; experience with professional services is a plus but not required
- Strong adaptability and analytical mindset, with the ability to measure results and suggest improvements
- Familiarity with SalesLoft or similar sales engagement tools is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
Compensation
- Competitive base salary
- Additional compensation for booked discovery calls and closed deals resulting from outbound efforts
