- Coordinate with various vendors, including hotels, airlines, and local businesses, to secure the best options and rates for clients
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage client inquiries, reservations, and bookings with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain open communication with clients, providing them with timely updates and addressing any questions or concerns throughout the planning process
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends and destination offerings to provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients
- Participate in comprehensive training provided by the company to enhance your skills in vacation coordination and client communication
- Showcase adaptability and problem-solving abilities to address any challenges that may arise during the vacation planning process
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the USA, Australia, or Mexico
