ServiceTitan is seeking a Manager for Revenue Analysis & Reporting to join one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the SaaS space. This position will play a crucial role in supporting our rapidly growing company and will provide substantial opportunities for strategic impact and professional growth.

What you'll do:


  • Influencing key business decisions and contributing to the company's strategic direction.
  • Supporting the development of operational, finance, and revenue strategies.
  • Identifying process and system efficiencies and other areas for improvement.
  • Driving revenue growth, cost savings and process standardization through various transformation projects.
  • Own the company’s monthly and quarterly revenue forecast and conduct analyses to generate insights.
  • Translate and summarize complex and detailed analytics to tell a story that drives revenue growth and/or cost savings.
  • Collaborate closely with the Corporate FP&A team to establish revenue guidance and provide topline insights for the leadership team.
  • Work cross-functionally with business partners to align on revenue drivers and support the development of various business strategies.
  • Participate in a variety of transformation projects to drive revenue growth, cost savings, and process standardization.

What you'll bring:


  • A 4-year degree in a relevant field with strong academic performance.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Consulting, Investment Banking, or a combination of these experiences.
  • A high degree of data analysis and modeling skills.
  • Excellent executive communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
  • A self-starter mentality and a strong sense of ownership
  • Preferred: SaaS experience and an understanding of software revenue recognition.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $102,000 CAD - $154,000 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
