About The Role
Americanflat is looking for a HR Director plays a pivotal leadership role in shaping and driving the overall human resources strategy for Americanflat, ensuring alignment with the company’s global business objectives. This position requires a strategic visionary with the ability to foster a cohesive culture across diverse regions and time zones.
The ideal candidate will oversee all facets of HR, including talent acquisition, staff engagement, compliance, performance management, learning and development, and compensation planning. They lead efforts to recruit top-tier talent globally, implement equitable and competitive compensation programs, and maintain adherence to U.S. labor laws, regulations, and international labor laws. By leveraging data-driven insights, the HR Director identifies workforce trends and designs programs to enhance productivity, collaboration, and staff satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s global business goals.
- Foster a strong, cohesive company culture in a fully remote environment.
- Drive initiatives to improve staff satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
- Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
- Lead global recruitment efforts, ensuring diverse and high-quality hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and manage talent pipelines.
- staff Relations and Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor for staffs and leadership on HR matters.
- Design and implement programs to enhance staff engagement and collaboration across time zones.
- Compliance and Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with international labor laws and employment standards.
- Develop and maintain company policies that support a remote workforce.
- Learning and Development
- Oversee the creation of training programs for professional growth and leadership development.
- Establish mentorship opportunities and performance management systems.
- HR Technology and Analytics
- Implement and manage HR systems to streamline remote onboarding, performance evaluations, and communication.
- Use data-driven insights to guide HR strategies and report on workforce trends.
- Compensation and Benefits
- Design competitive, region-specific compensation packages and benefits.
- Monitor market trends to ensure pay equity and staff satisfaction.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in remote or international environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of global employment laws and remote workforce management.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team across various cultures and time zones.
- Expertise in HR technologies, analytics, and remote onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in scaling HR operations for a growing global company.
- Certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or GPHR is a plus.
