Position Overview: As Head of Social Media you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of digital marketing initiatives aimed at accelerating growth and engagement across various social media platforms. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, thought leadership, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on expertise in leveraging social media channels to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development

Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.

Identify key growth opportunities within social media channels and devise strategies to capitalize on them effectively.

Campaign Planning and Execution

Plan, manage, and execute multi-channel social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.

Utilize a mix of organic and paid strategies to optimize campaign performance and ROI.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

Content Strategy and Creation

Lead the development of compelling and relevant content tailored to specific social media platforms and target audiences.

Oversee the creation of engaging visual and written content, including graphics, videos, and copywriting.

Community Engagement and Management

Foster and grow a strong online community through proactive engagement and interaction with followers.

Monitor social media channels for conversations, trends, and opportunities to participate in relevant discussions.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Data Analysis and Optimization

Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.

Utilize data insights to optimize social media strategies, content, and campaigns for continuous improvement.

Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to identify best practices and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Relevancy

Keep abreast of the latest trends, innovations, and best practices in social media marketing.

Leverage industry insights to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Professional experience in digital marketing roles, with a track record of successfully driving growth for a technology company.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.

Creative thinker with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities.
