As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the company's growth. You'll help build simple, efficient and ethical processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates, managers and HR team members.

What You Will Accomplish With Us

Management and monitoring of TA activities

  • Provide clear and accurate reports to track recruitment activities and support decision-making.
  • Oversee candidate files, while ensuring compliant and transparent management of all stages, from the drafting of offers to background checks.
  • Simplify the collection of required documents and guide managers through the recruitment process, for a frictionless experience.

Compliance, administration and coordination

  • Efficiently manage recruitment-related invoices to ensure prompt and error-free processing.
  • Contribute to a clear and motivating referral program, coordinating bonuses and payments with payroll.
  • Ensure legal compliance of work permits to support sustainable business growth.
  • Facilitate communications with all stakeholders through proactive management of emails and requests.

Recruitment and sourcing

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle ethically and transparently, in French and English.
  • Maximize job visibility using simple and effective strategies on social networks, job platforms and other channels.
  • Source talent using a variety of tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, social networks, etc.).
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through personalized communication.
  • Organize recruitment events at universities to attract the best early-career talent.

What You Bring To Our Team

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations
  • A focus on simplicity, ethics and efficiency in HR project management.
  • Experience in using digital tools to automate and simplify processes. (an asset)
  • Bilingualism (French / English) - Need to interact regularly with our internal and/or external Master Group collaborators across the country. After evaluating this position, it has been determined that no other solution can meet these professional obligations.
  • Ability to work proactively in a dynamic environment, while supporting the company's growth.

Compensation Information

Base Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually

Supplemental Pay Types Include: Annual bonus
