- Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy to drive awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition across Canada and the USA.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Design and implement targeted campaigns that deliver a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads for the sales team.
- Leverage digital channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, email, and social media) and traditional methods (e.g., events, webinars) to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Develop and execute personalized account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to engage high-value prospects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align on key accounts and tailor messaging to resonate with decision-makers.
- Enhance and maintain a compelling brand identity that resonates with our target audience and reflects our core values.
- Oversee content creation, including thought leadership articles, case studies, and product collateral, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with business objectives.
- Work closely with external agencies and vendors to amplify marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on B2B lead generation and branding.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
- Expertise in targeted 1:1 marketing and ABM tactics.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize campaigns.
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in the fintech or payments industry is a significant advantage.
