Senior Product Designer

Flowhub creates user-friendly business management and compliance products that increase revenue in the highly-regulated cannabis industry. We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our design team and help lead the design of intuitive user experiences across mobile and web platforms. What You’ll Do:

• Help lead the design of Flowhub’s suite of mobile and web applications, ensuring cohesive and intuitive experiences across platforms.
• Partner with the design team and cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centric solutions for complex challenges, including data visualization and analytics tools.
• Shape and evolve Flowhub’s design system and style guide, driving scalability and consistency across the platform.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather actionable insights and validate design concepts.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma to communicate ideas effectively.
• Advocate for the user perspective throughout the product development lifecycle, driving decisions that enhance usability and satisfaction.
• Mentor and collaborate with peers to elevate design excellence across the organization.
  
  

This role is open to anyone within the United States except candidates in CA. Starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid holidays, unlimited paid time off, and other benefits.

Base Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 + Equity

Compensation Range: $130K - $160K
