Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely responses and maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate schedules and optimize appointment setting strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management on ways to improve lead generation and appointment setting processes.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
