As a member of our Global Talent Acquisition team, you will blend your technical skill and creativity with our defined best practices to build and implement tailored recruiting strategies that achieve or exceed our recruiting goals.
We are seeking someone who has experience in Global Technology recruitment, defining and successfully executing talent-sourcing strategies across Information Technology business lines that include Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Application Development, Infrastructure, Project Management, and Architecture.
In this role, you will focus on providing stellar experiences for medium and high-skill candidates and prospects, as well as all stakeholders of the recruiting process, while producing measurable recruiting results that move our business forward. We are seeking an individual who is driven by a continuous improvement mindset and passionate about attracting the best talent to our exceptional culture.

Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. Responsibilities
- Successfully lead and orchestrate all aspects of full life cycle recruiting processes across multiple service lines for medium and high-skill positions.
- Generate qualified and diverse candidate slates using various creative methods including leveraging direct outreach, industry organizations, social networks, and job boards.
- Conduct interviews and networking calls that attract talent to RGA’s unique employment value proposition while gaining an understanding of their qualifications and distinctive qualities against our selection criteria.
- Advise hiring leaders and other stakeholders on the expectations and trade-offs involved in each search, influencing them toward better recruiting outcomes.
- Provide near-flawless service by following a defined recruiting process and overcoming obstacles to ensure SLAs are met or exceeded.
- Proactively build and nurture candidate pipelines for select critical talent needs.
- Support major special projects related to process modernization, sourcing, screening, diversity, and other HR initiatives, as needed.
- Ensures that recruitment files are completed in accordance with compliance standards, which include completion of evaluations, applicant tracking, and appropriate documentation.
- Proactively control expenses, increase value, and promote highly effective recruiting practices, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
- Manages outside search firms when engaged as a source for specific requisitions.
- Attends external job/career fairs (including campuses) to establish a presence and promote RGA to job seekers, students, the business community, and academic institutions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 4+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources function
- 1+ year experience in Global Technology recruitment, defining and successfully executing talent-sourcing strategies for Information Technology talent.
- Proficiency with MS Office products with particular focus on Excel
- Advanced attention to detail and appropriately handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Working in the talent function of a high-performance, global organization
- Leveraging a leading Candidate Relationships Management (CRM) system
- Experience with Workday HCM/Recruit
