Summary
The Marketing Associate will support Nova’s marketing strategy by creating compelling content, including sales decks, email campaigns, and client mock-ups, to drive brand awareness and generate engagement. You will manage marketing campaigns through Hubspot and optimize materials to support the sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with content creation, including video editing, and a strong understanding of crafting materials that resonate with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content Creation:
- Create, produce, and measure the results of a social media calendar
- Develop multi-format posts, including video
- Work with leading AI tools to define a content production approach
- Stay up-to-date with the latest features, ad formats, and capabilities on social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Sales Deck Creation & Client Mock-ups:
- Design and develop engaging sales decks and presentations tailored to prospects and clients
- Work closely with the sales team to create client mock-ups, demos, and materials to support sales efforts
Email Templates & Campaigns:
- Develop email templates for outreach, follow-ups, and client communications
- Create, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns in Hubspot to nurture leads and support sales initiatives
Campaign Execution & Analytics:
- Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns, including email, LinkedIn, and digital ads, to build brand awareness and generate leads
- Leverage Hubspot for campaign automation, tracking engagement, and reporting on performance
- Analyze the results of marketing campaigns and provide insights for optimizing future campaigns
Hubspot Management:
- Manage client lists, segment contacts, and track engagement through Hubspot
- Set up and maintain automated workflows to support marketing initiatives and lead nurturing
Sales Team Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and refine materials that support their outreach, including case studies, proposals, demos, and other resources
- Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously improve marketing collateral based on campaign insights
Performance Reporting & Optimization:
- Track and analyze the effectiveness of email campaigns, sales decks, and other marketing materials in Hubspot
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and improve results
Ideal Candidate
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a marketing, content creation, or digital marketing role, including experience with social media content, video editing, and email campaigns, is preferred
- Proven Work: Ability to showcase portfolio or examples of social media content and video work that demonstrate engagement and success
- Location: This is a remote position, though the ideal candidate will be located in or around the Greater Toronto Area for occasional in-person collaboration
- Email Marketing & Campaigns: Experience creating and executing email campaigns, focusing on lead nurturing and optimization
- Marketing, CRM & Analytics Tools: Proficient in Hubspot and other marketing tools for campaign management, performance tracking, and generating actionable insights
- Sales Support: Able to collaborate with the sales team to create and refine marketing materials
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging
- Organized & Collaborative: Highly organized, managing multiple projects effectively while working well with others
