What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
Develop Clearco’s GTM Enablement Strategy
- Design a strategic framework to support our sales and customer success teams in achieving their goals.
Collaborate Across Teams
- Work closely with leaders in Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to identify enablement gaps and create impactful solutions.
Manage Enablement Technology
- Own and optimize our enablement tech stack, evaluating tools that support our growth and efficiency.
Drive Adoption and Success
- Monitor the implementation and success of enablement tools, ensuring they drive results and add value.
Enhance Sales Processes and Programs
- Explore new strategies to streamline sales processes, anticipate business needs, and boost long-term outcomes.
Measure Program Impact
- Build out measurement frameworks to assess program effectiveness and guide continuous improvement.
Onboard and Train Effectively
- Create onboarding programs that rapidly ramp up Business Development Reps and Account Executives.
Deliver World-Class Training
- Lead the development of training programs covering Sales/Customer Success playbooks, product launches, and essential tools for customer-facing teams.
Adapt Enablement Programs
- Align with leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to refine enablement programs as our business evolves.
Set Standards for Success
- Design training programs to ensure sales and customer success teams meet key performance metrics, such as pipeline generation.
Oversee Tool Adoption
- Guide the rollout, training, and best-practice adoption of key tools that empower sales and customer success across the customer journey.
You will thrive if you have the following:
- 7+ years in sales enablement, ideally in fintech or large sales organizations, with a deep understanding of sales, customer success, and RevOps methodologies.
- Proven ability to work seamlessly across functions and lead initiatives without formal authority.
- Confident and effective communication skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders.
- Experience building a sales enablement function from the ground up is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and enablement tools (Salesforce preferred) and familiarity with Notion, Slack, and Google Suite.
