The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for telephonic outreach and enrollment of our eligible members. Our Enrollment Specialists demonstrate a highly energetic blend of salesperson, health care navigator and health plan customer support representative.
This role is a fully remote position.
- Engage members and enroll them into our Kidney Program via a blended inbound and outbound dialer.
- Assist manager in conducting interviews for open roles.
- Assist with onboarding and training kidney engagement new hires.
- Review and update team jobs aids and processes to improve engagement rates.
- Assist with completing monthly HEART call audits for the team.
- Assist with 1:1 coaching sessions with team members.
- Co-Host team meetings.
- Take escalated calls and attempt to defuse upset members.
- Monitor Pulse reporting to ensure calls are being handled appropriately.
- Assist with various projects/reporting as requested.
Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience working in a call center environment.
- Experience in healthcare setting.
- Familiar with and proficient in ICUE, Nexidia and MHD.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to verbally articulate and communicate with manger, team members, and customers.
