Position Overview:

We are seeking an Analyst to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple growth-focused projects simultaneously for diverse clients, ranging from early-stage ventures to established industrial companies
• Support senior leadership in strategic initiatives, from conceptualization through implementation
• Analyze complex business situations and develop practical, actionable solutions
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and timely delivery
• Manage client relationships and assist in expanding service offerings
• Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations
• Contribute to business development initiatives and proposal creation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 2 - 4 years of experience in consulting, venture capital, or startup environments
• Demonstrated project management and coordination skills
• Proficiency with business software and tools (e.g., Figma, project management software)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
