Position Overview:
As a Product Analyst at OMNY Health, you will support our data products and SaaS/dashboard offerings by managing product SDLC, vendor relations, preparing analytics data, and configuring implementations. Data Product:
- Ensure data quality across multiple product lines, maintaining accuracy and reliability of healthcare data.
- Convert high-level business requirements into detailed technical requirements in collaboration with the Engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives and product deliveries to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Run team ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, to facilitate effective team collaboration.
- Create and enforce processes from data ingestion to delivery, including quality control (QC), reporting, and remediation.
- Ensure Engineering solutions meet business objectives and contribute to the overall product strategy.
- Schedule work and manage timelines to meet business needs and project deadlines.
- Maintain industry knowledge and develop technical skills, with opportunities for training and mentorship.
- Support the growth and development towards a Product Manager role through hands-on experience and guidance.
- Perform typical BI analyst tasks such as data analysis, dashboard creation, and generating reports to support business decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to manage relationships, coordinate data integrations, and resolve any issues related to SaaS/dashboard implementations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure dashboards meet user needs and business objectives.
- Monitor and maintain the performance and accuracy of SaaS/dashboard solutions, making improvements as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably with healthcare data.
- Entry to mid-level experience with a strong foundation in data analysis and product support.
- Basic understanding of healthcare data, including structured and unstructured EHR data and claims data.
- Experience with data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, BI tools like Tableau or Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders and vendors.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, including handling work products from vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills, with the potential for growth into a Product Manager role.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and running team ceremonies.
- Understanding of data quality management and data governance principles.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
- Experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
