- Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, including salary, hourly, and commission-based employees
- Calculate and process bonuses, commissions, and other compensation adjustments
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure all changes are accurately reflected in the payroll system
- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits to employees
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll tax regulations
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and payments
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data
- Keep abreast of changes in payroll laws and regulations and make necessary updates to processes and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality of all payroll information and exercise discretion when handling sensitive employee data
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing,
- Proficient in payroll software, such as ADP or Paychex
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
