Location: Remote Canada

Working hours: 37.5 hour per week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Job Overview

As part of the Customer Success team, you will provide a single point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their experience with Kortext is successful from beginning to end.

You will be a trusted advisor for their investment, supporting them through every step of their journey with us. You will work alongside the account team to manage the post-sale experience, drive customer satisfaction, and help our customers to grow and achieve their outcomes on the Kortext platf
