Job Title: Client Experience Specialist

Location: Remote

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Client Care Specialist to join our team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our clients addressing their inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering a high volume of incoming calls from our clients to schedule service in geographical efficiency.

Schedule appointments for pest control services treatment and follow-up services.

Maintain accurate records of client interaction and appointments in our database

Handle client concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolutions and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with field technicians to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

Assist in administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and report generation.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or client care.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software a plus.
