    Key Responsibilities

    • Free up founder's time & focus
    • Build & implement digital marketing engine
    • Scale systems & operations while founder focuses on content/coaching

    Reporting: Direct to founder

    Track record of scaling small companies (
  • Experience operating profitable/bootstrapped businesses
  • Strong systems & processes implementation background
  • Experience in content/media operations
  • Successful project management history
  • Proven ability to manage remote teams
