Description

BSC Analytics becomes an extension of our client's teams. As an Agile Project Manager, you'll support the Director of Service Delivery with a primary focus on tracking project progress and creating reports, dashboards, and presentations to keep clients informed and engaged. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with client engagement and management
• Oversee day-to-day work and monitoring of progress towards client/project goals
• Assist with project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of projects
• Escalate and resolve issues that serve as blockers or place objectives at risk
• Aid in the mentoring of engineers through metrics and continued professional growth development
  
  

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

Required Qualifications

• Associate level Scrum Certification (i.e. Certified Scrum Professional ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Professional Product Owner)
• 3+ years of experience working in cross-functional, Agile teams and managing client expectations in a fast-paced environment
• Strong skills in data visualization and reporting tools
• Proven experience managing project metrics, reporting, and creating client-facing dashboards or presentations
• Jira experience required
• Cloud infrastructure or software development industry experience
• Consulting experience
• Top notch organization skills
