Threat Intelligence Specialist

Styx Intelligence’s platform provides visibility and supports remediation against threats targeting digital assets, helping manage risk associated with cyber, privacy, regulatory compliance, third party, and brand areas. The platform monitors the public attack surface and various channels like social networks, news media, forums, online marketplaces to identify exposures across the surface, deep, and dark web.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Threat Intelligence Specialist at Styx Intelligence. The role involves conducting intelligence analysis, research, and utilizing analytical skills to support threat visibility and remediation efforts across digital assets and various online channels.

Responsibilities

• Working closely wirh the product team researching emerging threats and supporting product development.
• Assist in development of roadmap for future product release.
• Work closely with end user on product support and feedback as required.
• Support development of REST API for internal use and for partners.
• Work with product and sales teams in getting feedback from clients.
• Be part of third level support team for escalation of support issues.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities
• Effective Communication skills
• 3 + years experience working in SOC as a threat Intelligence support Analysis ot Researcher with a focus on digital threats
• Experience in open source threat intelligence
• Experience providing incident response supoort
• Experience in Phython web framework
• Foundational databases knowledge in MySQL, Elastic
• Background in developing REST API would an asset
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure knowledge would be an asset
• Proficiency in different Intelligence techniques
• Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Relevant certifications in Threat Intelligence or Cybersecurity are a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related fiel
