We are seeking a talented and innovative Architectural Designer/Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This fully remote position is ideal for a creative professional passionate about designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces. The ideal candidate will have expertise in architectural design, space planning, and interior aesthetics, with a strong understanding of current trends and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Planning: Develop innovative architectural and interior design concepts for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.

Visualization: Create detailed drawings, renderings, and 3D visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.

Project Development: Work on all phases of design, from initial concepts and space planning to detailed design development and final documentation.

Collaboration: Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements.

Material Selection: Recommend finishes, furnishings, and materials that align with project goals and client preferences.

Technical Expertise: Prepare and review architectural plans, elevations, and sections using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).

Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in architectural design and/or interior design.

Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of rendering software such as Lumion or V-Ray is a plus.

Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and construction methods.

Excellent visualization and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in LEED, WELL, or other sustainability programs is a plus.

Experience working on remote, international, or multidisciplinary teams.

Knowledge of virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Trello).
