Business Analyst (Marketing/Digital)


Business Analyst (Marketing/Digital) – Responsibilities Include

  • Conduct interviews and workshops with business users to understand current donor motivation tracking processes and pain points.
  • Analyze existing motivation code usage and map to new fundraising/engagement system data model.
  • Document business requirements for transitioning to the new system, including campaign, appeal, and package definitions.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to manage the transition plan and ensure a successful implementation.


Business Analyst (Marketing/Digital) – Mandatory Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst on a marketing or digital project/environment.
  • Experience with requirements gathering and data mapping.
  • Ability to analyze and document business requirements related to donor motivation tracking systems.


Business Analyst (Marketing/Digital) – Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of campaign management or donor engagement, or fundraising best practices.
  • Experience working in the non-profit or charitable sector is preferred.
