Remote Driver Recruiter

Talent First Search is seeking dedicated, motivated individuals to join our team as Driver Recruiters. No prior experience is necessary—we offer complete training and continuous support to help you succeed! This is a 1099 contract role where you’ll earn per driver hired, with additional weekly bonuses and incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with client managers to understand staffing needs and provide updates on applicant progress.
• Guide qualified applicants through the carrier/client application process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Coordinate and confirm applicant orientation, including arranging travel and lodging, and resolving any issues affecting attendance.
• Perform essential administrative tasks as needed.
