Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized educational plans for both individual students and groups, catering to distinctive learning requirements.
• Consistently evaluate student progress, offering constructive feedback and tailored recommendations for improvement.
• Foster open lines of communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed about their child's academic journey and successes.
• Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to ensure that the specific needs of each student are comprehensively addressed.
• Cultivate a nurturing and motivating virtual classroom that inspires students to achieve their highest potential.
• Adhere to established academic guidelines while meticulously maintaining student records.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Special Education or a closely related discipline.
• A valid State Teaching License in Special Education is mandatory.
• Experience in a remote teaching setting is advantageous, though not a prerequisite.
• Availability for part-time or full-time employment commencing in December 2024.
• Capability to provide and manage necessary technology and equipment for effective remote teaching.
