Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Program Support Assistant to join our dedicated team in a remote capacity. This role will focus on outreach and education initiatives for a state program, where you will be instrumental in engaging with potential participants, conveying essential information about program requirements, and ensuring meticulous documentation of all activities. You will also collaborate with various departments to facilitate the seamless operation of daily activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in outreach efforts to inform potential program participants about the program and its requirements.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of program activities, ensuring proper data entry into the necessary databases.
  • Provide assistance with research tasks as required by the executive team.
  • Ensure that the facility is adequately supplied for efficient operations.
  • Collaborate proactively with fellow team members to support diverse projects.
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking capabilities in an evolving work environment.

  • Exceptional attention to detail coupled with robust organizational and prioritization capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of office experience showcasing adept writing and computer skills (proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory).
  • Highly organized, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality work under strict deadlines.
  • Experience in collaborative roles, including remote teamwork, is an advantage.
  • A clean driving record is necessary.
