Key Responsibilities
As the Corporate Program Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Portfolio Management: Supervise a diverse range of projects for federal clients, ensuring the successful implementation of each initiative.
- Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through the delivery of high-quality results and consistent communication.
- Team Leadership: Oversee project team resources, including recruitment, performance management, and timesheet approvals.
- Remote Team Management: Lead a predominantly remote team, promoting collaboration and efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and resolve program risks to keep projects on schedule.
- Business Development: Play a role in corporate business development and initiatives for strategic growth.
- Contract Management: Assist in federal acquisition and contracting processes, with a preference for experience in managing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time & Materials (T&M) contracts.
To excel in this role, candidates should demonstrate:
- Experience: At least 8 years of experience in managing multiple projects, programs, and teams, preferably with a focus on federal agencies.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks autonomously.
- Time Management: Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities, ensuring timely project completion.
- Personnel Management: Proven track record in personnel management, including performance oversight and interviewing.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Security Clearance: A current Secret or Top Secret Clearance is preferred; candidates should be willing to engage in the screening process if not already held.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
