Profile Overview: As an Assistant Client Manager at Lion Chaser Development Group, you will play a key role in supporting the Client Managers to ensure exceptional client satisfaction by effectively managing key financial activities and providing essential guidance to the Pack. Key Responsibilities:

  • Core Values: Embody our core values in all that you do.
  • Financial Account Review & Maintenance: Review and scrub financial accounts periodically, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets/Checklists, and conducting quarterly hard closes. Proactively identify and address discrepancies or inconsistencies. Maintain and update period-close workbooks, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Staff Support & Task Management: Act as the first level of support for Staff Accountants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to weekly tasks. Oversee the timely completion of weekly accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with standards and deadlines.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Client Managers to ensure all client accounts are current and meet client expectations. Provide consistent updates and insights to the Client Manager to support decision-making and client service improvements.
  • New Location Setup: Assist with the setup of new locations for existing clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth implementation process.
  • Bank Activity: Manage and analyze Level 3 bank activity, utilizing insights to inform decision-making and improve financial processes.
  • Task Review: Review outstanding tasks on a weekly/biweekly basis, ensuring tasks are completed within set timelines. Collaborate with Junior and Staff Accountants to address overdue tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of balance sheets, P&L statements, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including Excel and Restaurant365.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Adherence to professional ethics and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
