Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and refine all communications to maintain clarity and brand consistency.
  • Design presentation materials for internal meetings and events that effectively convey our key messages.
  • Write and prepare engaging speaker proposals and event materials.
  • Contribute to miscellaneous creative projects, including website content development.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Canva.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex information.
  • Creative problem-solving skills along with visual design expertise.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and work independently.
  • A collaborative spirit and enthusiasm for teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications, or a related field is essential.
