Key Responsibilities

• Abstract and code patient information from medical records to meet the criteria of various target registries.
  
  

Required Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in clinical data abstraction.
• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Capability to uphold an Inter-Rater Reliability (IRR) score of 98% or higher.
• Previous experience working remotely is advantageous.
• Availability for a minimum of 60 abstraction hours per month.

• Demonstrated experience in clinical data abstraction.
• Familiarity with EMR systems.
