Due to exciting growth and innovation, we are hiring Product Managers and Associate Product Managers across our highly specialized squads, including Ad Products, Ad Servers and platforms, Media Tools, Owned and Operated Websites, and Content Tools.
As a Product Manager, you'll support your squad's execution and delivery. You will leverage your deep expertise in Product Management and passion for the craft to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality, setting the stage for our content-driven company's success.
The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000. Pay offered may vary within the posted range based on a number of factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Deliver High-Quality Products: Assist in developing new internal CMS and site product features by supporting the writing and definition of user stories with clear acceptance criteria, ensuring that all requirements are well understood by stakeholders, users, and the development team. Help validate assumptions through data analysis, user research, and stakeholder input.
- Drive Squad Execution: Support cross-functional teams, including Design, Development, QA, Operations, and Business stakeholders, to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products. Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement.
- Technical Expertise: Collaborate with the development team to ensure that product features are technically feasible, scalable, and align with the company's technology roadmap. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.
- Prioritize and Manage Backlog: Assist in building, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog, focusing on delivering high-impact features that meet customer needs and business objectives. Ensure the backlog is regularly reviewed and refined to reflect changing priorities and customer feedback.
- Customer-Centric: Develop a deep understanding of our customers' pain points and motivations. Data analysis, user research, and market trends inform product decisions and ensure solutions meet customer needs.
- Workflow Management: Contribute to creating and maintaining technical workflows and user flow diagrams to visualize the product development process from ideation to post-launch. Learn how to connect the dots from end to end of the business. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency and quality.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure product success, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the analytics team to develop metrics and KPIs that align with business objectives.
- Agile Methodologies: Apply Agile principles and methodologies to ensure iterative and incremental delivery of product features. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, retrospectives, and feedback loops.
- 2-3+ years of relevant experience in digital product management or product ownership in web, fintech, or media/advertising companies.
- Data Driven: Must be metrics- and results-driven and have proven experience using data to make decisions.
- Strong background in leveraging analytics and understanding concepts such as statistical significance and general AB testing best practices.
- Agile Background: Background in Agile principles and best practices, with experience assisting in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver iterative product enhancements.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills and confidence to deliver technical information succinctly and assertively to non-technical audiences.
- Mindset: Complex problem-solving and critical thinking skills, along with a solutions-oriented mindset.
