Responsibilities

Job Description

  • As part of a Proposal team, identify issued requests for proposals (RFPs/RFIs) for the numerous products and services that GE Healthcare can provide
  • Performing detailed analysis of solicitation document to assess requirements and build submission requirements matrix
  • Collaborate with commercial ream members and SME's to develop and submit quality proposals that best position GE Healthcare for success demonstrating the value of our solutions.
  • Develop knowledge of product lines, markets, sales processes, customer groups and the GE Healthcare organization
  • Resolve issues using established procedures. Consult supervisor or more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
  • Collaborate with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develop strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchange technical information, asks questions and check for understanding.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Experience with the Microsoft suite of products
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Project Management skills to manage timelines and coordinate numerous content contributors
  • Coordination of multiple assignments with overlapping schedules, and the ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment

Desired Characteristics

  • APMP designation is considered an asset
  • Previous proposals experience ideally within the healthcare environment
  • The ideal candidate will reside in Ontario and be commutable to our office in Mississauga
