About The Role

As the VP of Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Jasper by developing and managing strategic alliances that propel growth and innovation. You will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and leading a team dedicated to maximizing the impact of our collaborations. This role demands a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the marketing industry, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving transformational outcomes through strategic partnerships.

This fully remote role reports to the Chief Strategy Officer and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US.

What You Will Do At Jasper

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and manage key partnerships that align with Jasper's strategic objectives. Leverage these partnerships to drive growth, enhance product offerings, and expand market reach.
  • Develop Tech Partnerships: Establish Relationships with Technology Ecosystem, (ex. Adobe, Salesforce, Meta), OpenSource + Closed Source Model Providers (ex. LLama, OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere).
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing partnerships team. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages professional growth and success.
  • Growth and Innovation: Drive business growth through creative partnership models and innovative collaboration strategies. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate partner solutions and maximize value creation.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Act as the primary contact for strategic partners, ensuring mutual success and satisfaction.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. Utilize this knowledge to inform partnership strategies and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators for partnership activities. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and make data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.

What You Will Bring To Jasper

  • 15+ years experience in B2B SaaS leading partnership management, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful partnership strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of the marketing industry and an ability to anticipate future trends.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation Range

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. The expected salary range offered for this role is $300,000 - $350,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
