Position Summary: WanderLuxe Escapes is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Remote Travel Scheduler. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating every aspect of our clients' travel itineraries, ensuring their journeys are as smooth and unforgettable as possible. If you have a passion for travel, impeccable organizational skills, and a knack for detail, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing travel inquiries and coordinating trip logistics via email, phone, and online platforms.
  • Craft personalized travel itineraries tailored to each client's preferences, interests, and budget.
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional experiences.
  • Collaborate with travel partners and vendors to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates, maintaining clear communication and accuracy throughout the process.
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients, offering insider tips, destination insights, and unique experiences to enhance their journey.
  • Anticipate and address any issues or concerns that may arise during travel, providing prompt assistance and creative solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain meticulous records of travel bookings, expenses, and client preferences, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
