Key Responsibilities
- Perform audits on employee I-9 forms to identify any missing or incomplete information.
- Efficiently scan and upload completed I-9 forms into our system, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Migrate I-9 data into the appropriate employee files with meticulous precision.
- Maintain organized and current administrative records by managing ongoing tasks effectively.
- Assist with various additional HR administrative duties as required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Proactive mindset in handling administrative responsibilities.
- Familiarity with document management systems is advantageous.
- Prior experience in an administrative or HR support capacity is preferred.
- Knowledge of I-9 forms and compliance processes is a plus.
