This individual will be responsible for leading a team of Inventory or Sales OperationsAnalyststosupportourgrowingbusinessneeds.Theseteamsareresponsibleforsupporting the US and international commercial teams with analytics, reporting, inventory reconciliation and data- driven insights to drive outstanding results.We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a background in Sales Operations and strong communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
San Francisco Bay Area (SFBA) Market Range: $136,000 - $170,000
All Other US Locations (Outside of SFBA): $116,000 - $145,000
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Responsibilities

- Actasacustomerexperienceadvocatewhocanhelpdesign,model,developandchampion customer experience enhancements across the business
- Developtools,methodologiesandprocessestoimprove&streamline operations
- Conducthighlycomplexanalysesandpresentresultseffectivelytodiverse audiences
- Engageinfrequentinteractionwithcross-functionalpartnersincludingsales, marketing, financeandcustomer service teams to assist with questions, develop process improvements, and simplify complex processes
- Coach team members to work with large data sets, glean intelligence from data, draw conclusions, and enabling recommendations to key stakeholder groups.
- Bachelor'sDegreewithabusinessortechnologyfocusrequired;Masters preferred
- 10yearsofexperiencerequiredinsalesanalytics,financeorsimilaranalytical role
- 3+ years leading direct reports or equivalent experience
- Experienceinmedicaldevice,pharmaceuticalorrelatedindustryis preferred
- Positiveandenthusiastic,ahighlyproficientcommunicatorandteam player
- Stronganalyticalskillsetanddetail- oriented
- Understanding of building reporting/visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
- Ability to efficiently read in data, analyze, and present data using Python, R, or SQL a plus.
