Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the clinical components of program launches, including the development of workflows and operational execution.
- Collaborate with Practice Administrators to ensure that resources meet the patient care requirements of both new and existing programs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare providers to address clinical or workflow challenges as they emerge.
- Work closely with facility staff to deliver training and promptly resolve any concerns.
- Engage in service line initiatives, team meetings, and strategic development discussions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance communication, efficiency, and processes in conjunction with Practice Administrators and Service Line leadership.
- Analyze healthcare processes and patient outcomes, creating reports to inform improvements.
- Coordinate performance improvement initiatives based on benchmarks and evidence-based practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements specific to service line specialties.
- Proficient in navigating various EMR systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, exhibiting empathy and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical procedures, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations.
- Ability to work autonomously while effectively collaborating within a team.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in neurology service lines, with a preference for inpatient services; prior leadership experience (such as charge nurse or supervisor) is advantageous.
