Job Overview

Join our innovative team as a Clinical Program Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in the evolution of telehealth and the enhancement of clinical excellence. In this remote position, you will manage all clinical operations related to telehealth programs, ensuring effective implementation, peak performance, and seamless partnerships with healthcare providers and partner sites. This pivotal role is essential for advancing healthcare processes, improving patient outcomes, and driving program efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the clinical components of program launches, including the development of workflows and operational execution.
• Collaborate with Practice Administrators to ensure that resources meet the patient care requirements of both new and existing programs.
• Cultivate strong relationships with healthcare providers to address clinical or workflow challenges as they emerge.
• Work closely with facility staff to deliver training and promptly resolve any concerns.
• Engage in service line initiatives, team meetings, and strategic development discussions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance communication, efficiency, and processes in conjunction with Practice Administrators and Service Line leadership.
• Analyze healthcare processes and patient outcomes, creating reports to inform improvements.
• Coordinate performance improvement initiatives based on benchmarks and evidence-based practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements specific to service line specialties.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proficient in navigating various EMR systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, exhibiting empathy and professionalism.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical procedures, medical terminology, and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in neurology service lines, with a preference for inpatient services; prior leadership experience (such as charge nurse or supervisor) is advantageous.
