We’re looking for a Sales & Customer Success Manager to join our Higher Ed team in Canada. Reporting to our Senior National Digital Success Manager, the Sales & Customer Success Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets for our ALEKS and SIMnet products. In this role, you will help Learning Solutions Consultants win new business and support Customer Success Managers with effective execution of customer success implementation.

This new position added to the Canada Higher Ed Sales team has goals of growing revenue and driving product usage across the country. We’re looking for someone with higher ed industry experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and the enthusiasm to make a difference for educators and learners.
This position works remotely from your home office but also requires regular travel throughout the year across Canada. Air travel and overnight stay may be required several times per year based on location and customer needs.

The compensation for this position includes salary, car allowance and annual sales incentive plan, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

What you will be doing:
- Grow ALEKS & SIMnet revenue by partnering with Learning Solution Consultants to win and close more business, including key opportunity committee presentations.
- Amplify ALEKS & SIMnet implementation with new and existing customers by supporting Customer Success Managers’ effective execution of customer success onboarding & implementation. Interpret usage data and consult with customers using analytics to develop strong relationships with ALEKS & SIMnet customers and deepen platform usage.
- Partner with Sr Product & Marketing Manager, ALEKS & SIMnet to introduce and grow revenue with ALEKS Calculus in the Canadian market.
- Organize and facilitate ALEKS & SIMnet platform certifications, and implementation training for Customer Success Managers, providing technical expertise with ALEKS and SIMnet to instill sales team confidence in Canada.
- Degree/Diploma preferred, 5 years Education Technology experience.
- 5 years Digital platforms experience, tech savvy.
- Excellent selling skills including solution selling, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to analyze customer usage analytics and drive meaningful action.
- Willingness to work in all time zones across Canada.
- Strong initiative, time management, and teamwork skills.
- Customer & market focus.
- Goal and results oriented.
- Excellent CRM system experience, Salesforce experience preferred.
- French language is an asset.
