- Attended senior leader or other meetings to stay informed of upcoming commitments, opportunities and executive’s activities and how you are best positioned to support them logistically
- Liaised with all levels of staff across an organization, external partnered organizations, and other various stakeholders on behalf of an executive
- Managed all invitations received for an executive, including evaluating each to ensure they meet necessary criteria for acceptance and attendance
- Provided administrative support and backup to an executive office, having been kept abreast of their activities
- Managed an executive’s office budget, travel arrangements, and expense claims
