Front End Engineer - Dashboard

Job Description:

We are seeking a Front-End Engineer to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining a variety of web-based products using TypeScript, React, Express, NestJS, and other cutting-edge technologies.

While your primary focus will be on front-end development, an interest in expanding your skills to include backend (NodeJS) work is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance features for our customer-facing dashboard.
• Collaborate closely with fellow developers to deliver features on time and meet project deadlines.
• Work effectively with product leaders, designers, and engineers to communicate changes, expectations, and ensure alignment.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a front-end or full-stack role, with proficiency in JS/TypeScript.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an exceptional user experience.
• Experience with at least one front-end framework/library such as React (preferred), Angular, Vue, or Svelte.
• Proficiency in front-end testing.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Ability to work asynchronously with a remote team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Eagerness to learn and grow as a product engineer.
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with cloud hosting services like Vercel.
• A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or ClickHouse.
  
  

$100,000 - $160,000 For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all US based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.

Offers vary depending on, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, certifications/licenses, skills, training, and market conditions.

Due to regulatory and security reasons, there's a small number of countries where we cannot have Fingerprint teammates based. Additionally, because Fingerprint is an all-remote company and people can join our workforce from almost any country, we do not sponsor visas. Fingerprint teammates need to be authorized to work from their home location.
