Position Overview
We're looking for multiple Remote Social Media Customer Service Specialists to help ensure users of our social media platform have an exceptional experience. This global platform is expanding quickly, and we're scaling our team to match. In this role, you'll be an essential part of our customer service team, providing support through our ticket system, chat, conferencing, and phone. You'll also work closely with our development team to identify and resolve issues, always striving for continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
Guide new users on how to create optimized profiles, enhancing their chances of securing contracts, grants, financing, and loans.
Engage with users on our social media platform, addressing their questions, concerns, and issues.
Provide customer support through various channels, including our ticket system, chat, conferencing, and phone.
Use our internal tools for Beta Testing, ensuring smooth platform functionality.
Analyze data to identify trends, potential failures, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with our marketing team to improve PPC and SEO strategies.
Identify product bugs reported by users and coordinate with the development team to resolve them.
Your Skills & Experience
At least two years of experience in social media or related education.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, VPN, and CRM tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to use AI for research.
Ability to engage professionally and empathetically with users on social media platforms.
Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
Bonus: Fluent in English and one or more additional languages, or comfortable using translation tools.
