Title: Remote Virtual Assistant for E-commerce and Marketing Support

Position Overview

We are actively seeking a motivated and meticulous Virtual Assistant to become an integral part of our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will manage a diverse array of tasks essential to the seamless operation of our marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Organize, rename, and maintain digital files, ensuring proper identification of marketing assets such as logos and images for new clients.
  • Provide support for Meta Ads by uploading files, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments through Meta Business Suite (training and documentation will be provided).
  • Assist in the scheduling and management of email campaigns using Klaviyo (training will be provided).
  • Engage in influencer outreach, managing relationships and facilitating contract negotiations in alignment with company policies.
  • Execute basic tasks within Shopify (training provided).
  • Monitor and respond to direct messages across various social media platforms.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in English with a strong command of written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools is advantageous, particularly Meta Ads, Shopify, and community management. Experience within a digital marketing agency is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Flexible availability to work between 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Pacific Time, with some tasks eligible for completion outside these hours.

Opportunities For Professional Growth

This role begins as an hourly contract for a trial period of one month. Based on your performance, there exists the potential for transition into a part-time salaried position, with opportunities for full-time employment thereafter.

Compensation

Hourly rate ranges from \(10 to \)20, commensurate with experience.
