Compensation: $25 - $35 per hour

Hours: 15-30 hours per week, flexible schedule

Our mission is to deliver concierge-level care that helps clients identify the most suitable treatment and aftercare options while supporting sustainable recovery plans. We are dedicated to assisting those facing challenges such as substance use disorders, mental health issues, and transitions to independence. Our commitment also extends to supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and aging adults dealing with dementia.

About You

You are a creative individual with a solid background in branding and graphic design. Your expertise includes crafting visually appealing graphics and developing compelling messaging that resonates with diverse audiences. With strong technical skills, you excel at bringing brand identities to life and understand the importance of cohesive branding across all platforms. Your passion for branding drives you to create memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Oversee and update our social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Develop, schedule, and post engaging content that aligns with our brand and objectives.

Monitor social media trends, track engagement metrics, and provide insightful reports.

Respond to messages, comments, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.

Graphic Design

Create eye-catching graphics for social media posts, presentations, and promotional materials.

Format internal and external documents to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

Develop professional sales sheets, brochures, and one-pagers to support marketing initiatives.

Assist in creating visual content for digital campaigns and email marketing.

Ensure all visuals and graphics consistently reflect our branding and tone.

Qualifications

Minimum of an associate degree in communications, graphic design, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in creating and managing branding for a company.

Proficiency in Adobe Suite products—Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign are essential.

Experience managing social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

Preferred Qualifications (not Required)

Knowledge of behavioral health, psychology, or the healthcare industry.

Engagement in community service initiatives, especially those focused on underserved communities.

An understanding of social responsibility and a desire to contribute positively to the well-being of others.
