Your Role
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. You'll report to the Senior Project Manager and lead cross-functional teams to bring product development projects to life on time and within budget. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to manage multiple projects, engage with team members across the globe, and help ensure our products meet the highest standards.
This role is based at our headquarters in Burlington, MA, where we follow a hybrid work schedule, with in-office days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and remote work on Wednesdays and Fridays.
What You'll Do
Lead project teams through the product development and commercialization process, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
Build strong relationships, guiding and coaching teams from project kick-off to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking key milestones and ensuring all team members stay on track.
Set clear expectations for team members, hold them accountable, and always lead by example.
Quickly understand and communicate technical details, while ensuring projects continue to move forward smoothly.
Participate in meetings related to product change and new product development (NPD) initiatives.
Communicate effectively across teams, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring transparency.
Manage project scope and assess risks, taking ownership of escalations when necessary.
Track and resolve cross-functional issues to keep projects on schedule.
Maintain and report on project progress for product change requests (PCRs), ensuring milestones are met.
Contribute to program management discussions, sharing insights and helping improve our processes for continuous growth.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of experience leading cross-functional projects, preferably in a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.
Familiarity with the stage gate process and the product lifecycle.
Strong skills in leadership, negotiation, communication, team building, and the ability to motivate others.
A detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with project management tools and best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a direct yet approachable style.
The ability to manage conflict gracefully and make sound decisions under pressure.
