Job Description
As the Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, driving social engagement, and generating candidate leads for our health system. This role focuses on promoting the value of working within our facilities and attracting individuals who share our mission and values. Using your marketing expertise and storytelling skills, you will connect with audiences across various channels—search, social media, mobile, text, and email. Reporting to the Director of Talent Attraction, you will be both strategic and hands-on in campaign execution, performance tracking, and reporting.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
As the Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, driving social engagement, and generating candidate leads for our health system. This role focuses on promoting the value of working within our facilities and attracting individuals who share our mission and values. Using your marketing expertise and storytelling skills, you will connect with audiences across various channels—search, social media, mobile, text, and email. Reporting to the Director of Talent Attraction, you will be both strategic and hands-on in campaign execution, performance tracking, and reporting.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance our employer brand across facilities and the health system.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content that highlights our workplace culture.
- Identify and leverage the best channels to attract top talent.
- Optimize advertising spend across channels to maximize ROI.
- Drive qualified applicants to open roles, aligning with hiring goals.
- Build and maintain a talent network and pipeline of qualified leads.
- Support the planning, creation, and marketing of recruitment events.
- Promote and generate employee referrals to enhance talent pools.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, refining strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with recruiters and sourcing specialists on campaign initiatives.
- Partner with a third-party recruitment marketing firm on campaigns and performance analysis.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Marketing
- Experience:
- Experience in healthcare or marketing preferred
- Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage individuals at all organizational levels
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); familiarity with CRM systems preferred
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite
