We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software faults
- Set up new user accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Proven work experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of IT systems and applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Customer service-oriented mindset
