We are looking for a sales manager to oversee our business operations in and around the Texas area. The sales manager will be responsible for managing daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability. Duties also include guiding dealers in the region, setting performance objectives, evaluating and optimizing operational performance, ensuring and upholding regulatory and company standards and preparing operations and financial reports.

To be successful as a sales manager, candidate should be able to lead and manage people, ensure operations run smoothly and achieve revenue targets. Ultimately, a top-notch sales manager should be able to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Achieve Sales Revenue Targets as allocated by the management.
  • Implement Hytera strategy to increase existing customer's business.
  • Identify new dealers suitable to add to Hytera’s dealer distribution network, oversee their operations in their territories and set performance objectives.
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Prepare scheduled reports.
  • Provide Hytera dealers with adequate training and liaise with the Sales Engineering team for technical dealer training.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to defining and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Team up with Finance department to manage the A/R from customers.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional organizations.
  • Other tasks assigned by the management.


Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred
  • 3+ years of territory management and leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools
  • Excellent decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
