Our client is a global leader in cutting-edge automation solutions, partnering with top-tier manufacturers across automotive, OEM, and custom machinery sectors. Seeking two Automation Sales Specialists to drive growth in Ontario. Automation, Mechatronics, Robotics focus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute territory sales strategies, managing the full cycle from lead generation to pricing and quotations to closing deals
  • Build and maintain client relationships through CRM database, product demonstrations, technical presentations, and industry events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve sales targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Automation, Robotics, Mechatronics) or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience in industrial automation sales
  • Strong technical aptitude with proven ability to communicate complex concepts
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and standard business software
  • Self-motivated with resilience in a challenging sales environment
  • Ability to analyze market trends and technical publications
  • Valid driver's license with willingness to travel extensively in the assigned region

Territory 1

  • Eastern Toronto and north to Barrie and east to the Quebec border - prefer someone living in Scarborough, Markham, Vaughan.

Territory 2

  • Southwest Ontario - Milton, Cambridge, Guelph, Waterloo to London - prefer someone living in Cambridge/Guelph area

The ideal candidate will blend technical knowledge with sales.
