As our first Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client relationships and supporting high-impact projects for our largest account. This role combines strategic planning, project ownership, and close client collaboration to ensure that Thirdbridge’s work delivers lasting value.

Position Overview:

As Engagement Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day execution of client development projects and take full ownership of their outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver custom solutions that align with client goals and improve their business performance. By fostering strong relationships and working closely with clients, you will ensure positive, sustainable results. This role also includes guiding and supporting team members in reinforcing Thirdbridge’s culture of collaboration and excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders. Ensure open, effective communication and act as a bridge between the client and Thirdbridge’s teams.
  • Develop annual strategies, budgets, work plans, and schedules in partnership with key stakeholders. Monitor and adjust financial plans to meet changing client needs.
  • Prepare and present delivery reports, budget reports, and ad-hoc analysis to maintain a transparent and results-oriented client partnership.
  • Address ambiguous challenges by structuring problems, focusing on priority areas, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to develop actionable solutions.
  • Inspire and guide delivery teams, to produce high-quality, user-focused solutions through Agile and SAFe methodologies through collaborating with Engineering managers and Technical Product Owner. Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment where each team member feels valued and empowered to contribute.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar account executive role, preferably within the software development or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
