In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting clients with hotel bookings, providing personalized recommendations, and ensuring seamless experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting with hotel reservations, inquiries, and recommendations.
- Coordinate hotel bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the reservation process.
- Provide personalized recommendations and advice to clients, offering insights and expertise to enhance their travel experiences.
- Liaise with hotels and accommodation partners to secure bookings, confirmations, and updates, maintaining clear communication and accuracy.
- Anticipate and address any issues or concerns that may arise during the reservation process, providing prompt assistance and creative solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of hotel bookings, expenses, and client information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to support the overall success of the department and ensure a positive client experience.
